Importers, distributors, and construction contractors can request formal proforma quotations by specifying product type (Birch, Film-Faced, or Poplar Plywood), thickness (4mm–30mm), format (1250×2500, 1220×2440, 1525×1525 mm), grade, and destination. As the official export representative of our Turkish partner mills, we quote under FCA, FOB, CFR, or CIF terms with a 3 to 4 week production time.
Overland full truckloads (FTL) carry approximately 30 m³ (about 23 metric tons). A 40' High Cube (40' HC) maritime container loads approximately 36 m³ depending on wood density and destination road axle weight limits. All export bundles are strapped on ISPM 15 heat-treated pallets.
Our Turkish partner mills manufacture E1 low formaldehyde emission panels, utilizing WBP phenolic glue (EN 314-2 Class 3) for exterior and formwork grades. FSC, TSE, and ISO certificates are available per product on request (note: no FSC claim applies to poplar). Shipments include ISPM 15 pallet marking, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, and EUR.1 where applicable.
Birch Plywood (~640–700 kg/m³) delivers high structural stiffness, screw-holding capacity, and multi-ply edge aesthetics for load-bearing furniture, laser dieboards, parquet underlayment, and transport flooring. Poplar Plywood (~420–450 kg/m³) reduces panel weight by over 35%, making it the top choice for caravan and motorhome interiors, yacht joinery, and lightweight packaging.
Manufactured with a multi-ply birch core, WBP phenolic bonding (EN 314-2 Class 3), acrylic sealed edges, and 120 g/m² or 220 g/m² phenolic film (smooth F/F or wiremesh F/W), our 18mm and 21mm formwork panels achieve 15 to 30+ concrete pours with proper release agent use and site care.
