Every panel is pressed from rotary-cut 1.4 mm birch veneers calibrated and sanded on both faces (100–150 grit). Exterior-grade panels are bonded with waterproof WBP phenolic resin meeting EN 314-2 Class 3 requirements, while interior panels use clean urea-formaldehyde (MR) resin—both adhering strictly to the E1 low formaldehyde emission class. Mill certificates including FSC, TSE, and ISO 9001 are available per product on request.

Precision thickness calibration is critical for CNC routing, veneering, HPL lamination, and flat-bed laser die-cutting. Our Turkish partner mills operate automated multi-head wide-belt sanding lines that maintain strict thickness tolerances (±0.3 mm to ±0.5 mm depending on nominal thickness) and squareness within 1.0 mm per meter of panel length. Before container stuffing or curtain-sider truck loading, each production batch undergoes moisture verification (6%–10% ex-mill), ultrasonic delamination screening, and visual face/back grading according to BB/BB, BB/CP, CP/CP, or CP/C specifications.
International buyers can order full road trucks (~30 m³ / ~23 metric tonnes) for fast overland delivery to Georgia, the Balkans, and Eastern Europe, or 40' High Cube ocean containers (~36 m³) under FCA, FOB, CFR, or CIF Incoterms to ports across the Middle East, North Africa, and Western Europe. Both face and back veneers are sanded clean with neatly fitted oval veneer patches allowed. Preferred for visible furniture components, architectural wall cladding, children's furniture, and precision CO2 laser cutting (especially in 4 mm, 6 mm, 9 mm, and 12 mm with interior MR glue).
Features a high-grade BB face and a solid, puttied CP reverse side. Widely specified in 15 mm and 18 mm thicknesses for packaging dieboards, HPL/CPL laminate pressing, natural wood veneering, and commercial cabinetry where one face remains hidden.
